I have been trying to teach him ASL, but so far no luck. His older brother started signing at 10 months and it was so wonderful to be able to communicate with him from 10 months until when he started to speak at 2 1/2 years old. Also, his older brother can help teach him too, but he needs to brush up as he's forgotten most of the signs he knew.

pinkveganmiso(at)yahoo(dot)comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6365875938756430708.post-11418005165766296702008-12-21T11:07:00.000-05:002008-12-21T11:07:00.000-05:00congrats to the winner!!!congrats to the winner!!!Danahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13297662034510134776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6365875938756430708.post-41758342500634559302008-12-20T21:31:00.000-05:002008-12-20T21:31:00.000-05:00MFJ:I would love to share this with my daughter (t...MFJ:
I would love to share this with my daughter (toddler). Right after his first birthday and on my daughter's first day of kindergarten he signed "more" to me while I was giving him his breakfast. It was one of the proudest days of my life for both my kids. We have been progressing but I think having some materials such as books and dvd's would help us both learn a wider variety of signs to use in our daily lives. I'm a strong believer in signing with toddlers and hope to continue his growth and continue to ward off tantrums caused by communication issues.
Thanks for the wonderful giveaway.
tonyamcrain [at] aol [dot] comA Family Completed...https://www.blogger.com/profile/00513613361842519710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6365875938756430708.post-18236265017463258822008-12-20T15:32:00.000-05:002008-12-20T15:32:00.000-05:00This is awesome...I LOVE baby signing!
